Raiza Manlulu

Pilots women’s basketball is happy to announce the addition of provincial champion, Raiza Manlulu from the St James Jimmies. This 5’5” guard was instrumental in her team’s success this season. Manlulu has been well recognized through her high school career, most recently receiving the Winnipeg Tier 2 League MVP, and a AAA provincial All-Star selection.

Manlulu is known on the court for her speed and intensity as she plays aggressively on both sides of the ball. The well-rounded athlete competes in badminton, volleyball, and track & field, while also participating in student council, and volunteering in a variety of ways for her schools’ athletic program. Aside from her heavy involvement in school sports, Raiza also ushers at her church.

“Basketball has brought me so many amazing memories. I’m super excited for the opportunity to attend Providence and play for the Pilots. I am looking forward to continuing to play and learn from my new teammates and coaches.” Raiza Manlulu

“There is a lot of value in adding players who have experienced recent success. Once a player gets the taste of winning, that’s all they want. I think that Raiza will do well here and grow tremendously. She is ready to be challenged and face the adversity that our schedule provides. I am excited to welcome her into our program.” Joel Coursey

Raiza will be entering the Aviation program at Providence to become a Pilot!
